How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders are usually released to the carrier within one business day. Stock levels on the site re-sync from our distributor feeds through the day, so what you see reflects real inventory rather than a guess.
How do I know a part fits my truck?
Use the Year / Make / Model selector — where the manufacturer publishes fitment data we apply it, and parts that do not match your vehicle are filtered out. If a listing has no fitment data yet, send us your vehicle and we confirm against the manufacturer's data before you order.
Do prices include Canadian taxes?
Every price on the site is in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout before you confirm anything.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call or email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been released to the carrier yet, we can usually adjust it.
What if a part arrives damaged?
Photograph the carton and the part before anything else, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We deal with the carrier — you deal with us.
