Using this site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that damages, disables or impairs it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account.

You may not scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from this site, or use automated means to access it, without our written permission.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these terms.

Products, pricing and availability

We do not hold inventory. Product information, images, pricing and availability on this site are drawn from manufacturer and distributor data feeds and can change without notice.

We try to keep this information accurate, but errors occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, availability or other content on this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Fitment information

We publish fitment information — which vehicles a part is designed to suit — using data supplied by manufacturers and industry sources.

We take considerable care with this data, but we do not manufacture these parts and we do not warrant that fitment information is complete or free from error. Fitment can also be affected by trim level, cab and bed configuration, factory options, and any modification made to a vehicle.

You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your vehicle and your intended use before purchasing and before installing it. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Where we have listed a part as fitting your vehicle and it does not, we will accept a return under our Returns Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept your order and submit it to our distribution partner.

We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where:

• the item is unavailable, discontinued or back-ordered
• the price or description was obviously incorrect
• we are unable to fulfil the order on the terms shown
• we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms
• the order appears to be for resale rather than end use

Where we cancel, we will refund you in full for the cancelled portion, and that refund is your sole remedy.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If we cancel an order or any part of it, we refund the corresponding amount.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Installation and use

Products sold on this site are vehicle parts and accessories. Many require correct installation to function safely.

We do not install products and we provide no installation services. Installation instructions, where supplied, come from the manufacturer. We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

You are responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is installed correctly, is suitable for your vehicle and intended use, and complies with any laws applicable to your vehicle, including road-legality, lighting, emissions and vehicle modification requirements in your province or territory.

Some products are intended for off-road or competition use only. Where a product carries such a designation, it is your responsibility to comply with it.

Manufacturer warranties

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Those warranties are given by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms, and are administered by the manufacturer. We are not the manufacturer and we do not extend, vary or assume any manufacturer warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as set out below:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, rental costs, or damage to a vehicle or other property arising from the installation, use, misuse or failure of a product purchased from us
• our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including any legal warranty or remedy available to you under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, layout, graphics and our name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Manufacturer names, brand names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Privacy

Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Communications

By placing an order you consent to receiving transactional communications from us about that order, including order confirmations, shipping notifications and service messages. These are not marketing messages and you cannot opt out of them while an order is active.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. The current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the province or territory in which they reside.

Severability and entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site and any purchase you make from it.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
