T-Rex Grilles builds replacement and overlay grilles — over 70 parts across billet, mesh, laser-cut and X-Metal designs.

Grilles come in two forms with different budgets and results. An overlay bolts over the factory grille, is reversible, and costs less. A replacement swaps the whole assembly, so no factory shell shows behind the new pattern — a cleaner result at a higher price and more installation work.

Check what your grille opening carries before ordering. Modern trucks route forward-facing camera, adaptive cruise radar and sometimes an active grille shutter through that area, and a grille without provision for them means losing the system. Mesh flows more air than billet, which matters on a vehicle that tows in summer heat.
