RCI Offroad

RCI Offroad makes skid plates for trucks, and the range here is almost entirely underbody protection. A small number of listings are catalytic guards for the exhaust system.

Plates are listed by what they protect: transfer case, transmission, engine, fuel tank, rear differential, and catalytic converter. The vehicle list names Toyota Tundra, Toyota Tacoma, Ford F-150 and Ram 1500, with a Toyota Sequoia and a Ford Expedition. Materials in the titles are steel and aluminum, sold in black powder coat or raw metal, and some mention a plate gauge or thickness. Fuel tank skid plates note the tank capacity, so confirm that against your truck.

Choose by what you drive and where. Steel is the stronger and heavier option, and aluminum is lighter. Some skid plates are matched to a stock or re-routed exhaust, as shown in the title. Match the skid plate to the cab, bed, and fuel tank size where the title specifies them, and to hybrid or non-hybrid versions of a truck where listed.
