Load control is a different problem from ride height. A truck carrying a camper or towing heavy squats at the rear, which lightens the steering, aims the headlights at the trees and lets the trailer push the vehicle around. Helper springs and load levellers restore the attitude the vehicle was designed to have under that weight.

Sway bars address body roll rather than squat, and the two often get confused. A heavier rear bar keeps a tall, loaded vehicle flatter through a corner and reduces the lean that starts trailer sway. Neither product raises your gross vehicle weight rating — they make a rated load behave properly, not a heavier one legal.
