GMC Canyon Tonneau Cover Guide

If you drive a GMC Canyon, the first question for a tonneau cover is which generation you have: the covers in this guide are titled either for 2015-2022 (or 19-22) trucks or for 2023 and newer. Three things to check on a Canyon

• Model year. Find the years in the title. 2015-2022 and 2023+ covers are listed separately, and a few titles, such as the Tyger, start at 2019.

• The Canyon name. Some covers are titled Colorado/Canyon, which names your truck. Buy a cover only when its title or fitment table lists the GMC Canyon and your years.

How the styles differ

Soft roll-up covers use a tensioned vinyl sheet on a rail system and roll forward to open the bed. Hard folding covers use rigid panels that fold forward in sections and can usually be driven with the panels stacked.
