The H&R Trak+ 30mm wheel adaptor fits the 2023-2026 Honda Civic Type R and uses a 5/120 bolt pattern, a 64.1 center bore and 14x1.5 thread. It is hub centric per the maker, so it carries the wheel on a full-contact hub while moving it outward toward the fender.
