The CURT Q5 5th Wheel Hitch is rated for 16,000 lb of capacity and is sold as a universal fit, not tied to one truck model. It mounts in the truck bed and latches onto the trailer's kingpin to tow a 5th wheel trailer.

A gooseneck or fifth-wheel hitch mounts in or under the pickup box over the rear axle, on rails or brackets fastened to the frame, so the trailer couples inside the box rather than at the bumper.
