AutoMeter Tachometers & Panel Mounts

AutoMeter tachometers are sold by gauge size, mounting style and RPM range rather than by vehicle. The first step is to measure the hole or the panel space, since the listings run from 2-1/16 inch gauges to 3-3/8, 3-3/4 and 5 inch faces.

There are two mounting styles. In-dash tachometers fit into a panel cut-out. Pedestal tachometers sit on a stand that mounts on the dash or a column, which suits a car with no spare gauge opening. Titles also give the RPM range, such as 0-6,000 for a lower-revving engine or 0-10,000 for a high-revving one, so choose a range that suits your engine.

The product lines in the titles include Spek-Pro, American Platinum, Cobalt, Pro-Comp, Ultra-Lite, Sport-Comp and Z-Series, each with its own face and bezel style. Some tachometers add a shift light and peak memory, and a dual-range model offers two scales on one gauge. Colour names, such as red, black and chrome, are in the title.

Check the voltage, the engine type and the wiring needs on the product page, then confirm that the gauge matches the rest of your panel. For other gauges and mounts, browse all tachometers and panel mounts. Prices are in Canadian dollars and orders ship across Canada.
