Zone Lift Kit 2.75in Combo w/Strut Spacers

Chevy Colorado Lift Kits: Combo, Suspension, Coilover or Body Lift

Lifting a Chevrolet Colorado starts with the kind of lift you want, not the brand. The kits here fall into four types: a combo that pairs front strut spacers with a body lift, a suspension lift kit, a coilover system, and a body lift on its own. Pick the type that suits your tires and your driving, then match the years, trim, engine and drive in the title to your truck.

What to check first on a Colorado

  • Generation. Our pages split the Colorado three ways: Lift Kits for 2004-2012 Chevrolet Colorado, Lift Kits for 2015-2022 Chevrolet Colorado and Lift Kits for 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado.
  • Trim. One ReadyLift title names the Colorado Trail Boss. Where a title names no trim, the fitment table on the product page lists the configurations it covers.
  • Engine and drive. The Eibach title says 2.7L 4WD, and the ReadyLift 2.25" title says Gas. Match both before you order.
  • Tire size. A suspension lift raises ride height to clear larger tires; component kits vary in what they include, so read the parts list and decide on your tire size first.

Combo kit: strut spacers plus a body lift

The Zone Offroad 2.75" Lift Kit is what Zone calls a combo kit: a front leveling kit and a small body lift together. Zone says this 2.75" kit combines 1.25" strut spacers (its C1121 leveling kit) with a 1.5" body lift (C9157) and bumper brackets, to allow clearance for 33" tires, and that it is designed for room for 285/70R17 tires on the stock wheels (5.75" backspacing). Step-by-step installation instructions are included. Its title names no vehicle or years; the fitment table lists the Colorado years and trims it covers. More from the brand: Zone Offroad Lift Kits.

Coilover system: Eibach Stage 2R

The Eibach 23-25 Chevy Colorado 2.7L 4WD Pro-Truck Lift Kit Stage 2R pairs height-adjustable Pro-Truck-Coilover 2.0 units at the front with Pro-Truck Reservoir Sport shocks, which have external reservoirs, at the rear. Eibach lists anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum coilover mounts, a 46mm piston and a monotube design with nitrogen-filled variable force valving, and says each unit is individually dyno tested. Eibach says it was developed for the trail. If your Colorado has a different engine or 2WD, its title does not cover it. More: Eibach Lift Kits.

Body lift on its own

The Zone Offroad 1.5" Body Lift Kit, 2008-2012 Chevrolet Colorado is titled for the later first-generation trucks. A body lift raises the body on the frame and leaves the suspension as it is. Zone's description on this page is brief, so check the product page for what is included.

Making the call

If tire room is the goal, compare the tire clearance Zone states for its combo with the lift heights of the ReadyLift kits. If the truck goes off-road and you want to set the front height yourself, look at the adjustable Eibach system. If you mainly want the front raised to match the rear, read Leveling kit vs lift kit first. Bigger tires are the usual reason to lift; check your province's rules on lift height and tire size. Each product page lists the years, makes and models it fits, and the whole category is under Truck Lift Kits. We ship across Canada, priced in Canadian dollars.
