The Skyjacker track bar is specified for the 1994-2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD. A track bar keeps the axle from moving side to side so the suspension stays in alignment through its travel, and its listed size is 7 in.
Skyjacker Track Bar Assemblies keep your axle from moving side to side, keeping your suspension in correct alignment at all times. This bar attaches one end of the axle and to the chassis on the opposite side of the vehicle with pivots, allowing it to swivel up and down. The track bar basically serves as the locating and stabilizing connection between the axle and the frame. By installing a heavy duty Skyjacker Track Bar, you will eliminate Death Wobble, which is when your axle constantly shakes. A new Track Bar will keep your suspension working correctly throughout its travel.
