K&N AirCharger Performance Intake for the 2013-2018 Mercedes Sprinter 2500/3500 with the 3.0L V6 diesel engine: a cold air intake kit. It pairs a rotationally molded HDPE intake tube with a washable, reusable oiled-cotton filter, which K&N lists for up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving. It also has an enclosed air box that shields the filter from engine-bay heat.
An enclosed air box design helps protect the filter and inlet air from the heat of the engine bay, and the air box lid allows for quick and easy access to the filter without tools. These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design of the filter allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. The system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes.
