The H&R sport sway bar is a 28mm adjustable 2-hole front bar listed for the 2022 Volkswagen GTI MK8. It stiffens the suspension against roll in corners without lowering the car or changing ride quality. Its forged ends allow the bar to be adjusted for stiffness.

Our proprietary sway bar bushings feature a special urethane/Teflon composite that prevents squeaks and eliminates the need for lubrication.
