The Old Man Emu strut top hat kit for the Hilux 05 On, with the Toyota Tacoma fitments shown in the fitment table, is for Nitrocharger and Nitrocharger Sport struts. It replaces the original top hat with a new bearing plate, high duro rubber isolator, rubber bushes, washers, crush tube if applicable and mounting nuts.

As more vehicle manufacturers have moved to an independent coil over strut front suspension set up, demand has increased for aftermarket replacement bushes and components. Old Man Emu engineers have developed a complete replacement Top Hat solution which incorporates all required components to fully replace the original Strut Top hat. This includes a new bearing plate, high duro rubber isolator, rubber bushes, washers, crush tube (if applicable) and mounting nuts. All components are to the original equipment specifications and are a straight forward bolt in solution.
