BDS Suspension Leaf Springs & Hardware

BDS Suspension leaf springs and hardware are the parts that set ride height at the back of a leaf-sprung truck. This page lists leaf springs by lift height, front and rear shackle kits, axle blocks with U-bolts and frame shackle bushing kits.

Lift height is the number to check. Leaf springs are sold by the inches of lift they give, and shackle kits and blocks give smaller steps. A block raises the axle on top of the spring pack and is the simplest way to gain a little height. A shackle kit changes the angle of the spring end and is usually paired with new springs.

Hardware wears. A shackle bushing kit renews the frame mount, and some titles note that one is sold per piece, so check the quantity. A shackle kit comes in front and rear versions, and block kits carry the U-bolts that hold the axle.

The vehicle list leans toward older Chevrolet and GMC trucks and SUVs, such as the GMC Jimmy, Chevrolet K5 Blazer, Chevrolet K10 Pickup and Chevrolet K10 Suburban, along with the Ford F-250 Super Duty and Ford F-350 Super Duty. Each product page lists the years, makes and models it fits. For other brands, see the full leaf springs and hardware range. Orders ship across Canada and are priced in Canadian dollars.
