ReadyLift suspension lift kit.

The all-new 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kits allow for even more ground clearance while going to a 37" tire. Springing up to the new 4.5" lift yields all the bells and whistles of a big 6" kit but at a slightly lower, garage-able stance. Kit 49-19420 includes everything in our popular 6 lift kit as well as these new DIS re-positioning components. For use on diesel 2500 trucks only.

A suspension lift raises ride height to clear larger tires; component kits vary in what they include, so check the parts list.
