Skyjacker suspension lift kit.

Skyjacker's upper A-arms are engineered to position the upper ball joint at the optimum position after lifting allowing maximum pivot and proper ball joint angles during suspension travel while reducing stress and ball joint wear. Kit includes - Front Strut Spacers, Front Upper A-arms, Rear Lift Blocks, Rear U-bolts, & Rear M95 Monotube Shocks.

A suspension lift raises ride height to clear larger tires; component kits vary in what they include, so check the parts list.
