The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, improved caster correction for enhanced drivability, and 90 degrees of total articulation for unrestricted suspension movement. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control needed during aggressive off-road driving. Tubular rear lower links increase rear articulation and allow for pinion angle adjustment to optimize driveline geometry at lifted ride heights.
