This is the Original Short Headache Rack frame on its own. It requires BackRack’s vehicle-specific installation hardware kit, which is sold separately — 30119 for 2019-2019 Silverado/Sierra 1500; 30122 for 2019-2026 Silverado/Sierra 1500 — so order the kit for your year, make and model with it.
