Vibrant Performance Intercoolers & Charge Air

Vibrant Performance intercoolers cool the air a turbo or supercharger compresses before it enters the engine. This page is mostly bare cores and end tanks for builders who plumb their own charge air system.

Nothing here is listed for one specific truck, so you choose by size and by airflow layout. Vertical flow cores are sold by width, height and thickness. Horizontal end tanks are sold by width and length.

The main decision is fit. Measure the space behind the grille or bumper, then check the core's width, height and thickness in the product title. A larger core gives more cooling area but needs more room and longer piping.

Cores and tanks are meant to be welded into a complete intercooler or into custom piping. If you plan to join pipe, the weld-on bungs and flanges on the full weld-on fittings range are a useful companion.
