Derale Fans & Shrouds

Derale fans pull air through the radiator when the vehicle is slow or stopped. The page lists electric fans, engine-driven fan clutch fans and direct-fit kits.

Electric Dyno-Cool fans come in curved blade and straight blade versions and in several diameters, from ten inches up to eighteen. Curved blades move more air at low noise; straight blades are the simpler design. Electric fans need their own wiring and a controller, and they free the engine from belt drag.

Fan clutch fans are listed with a diameter and a rotation direction, standard or reverse, in black. Rotation has to match your engine and water pump, so check which way yours turns. A direct-fit electric fan kit is also listed for vehicles that have a ready-made bolt pattern.

The vehicle list is mostly classic cars and trucks: Ford Mustang, Ford F-100, Chevrolet C10, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Impala, Dodge Dakota, Dodge Dart, Pontiac LeMans, Buick LeSabre, Mercury Cougar and Jeep Wrangler.

To choose, measure the space between the radiator and the engine, then the radiator face. Each product page lists the years, makes and models it fits. For other brands, see the full fans and shrouds range.
