Leveling or lifting
A leveling kit raises the front to match the rear, which on a Super Duty is usually two inches or less. It exists because the factory rakes the truck nose-down to stay level under load. A lift kit raises both ends and buys real tire clearance. The two are not a small and large version of the same thing: leveling changes the stance, lifting changes the geometry, and only one of them starts a chain of other parts.
