The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 6" Suspension System with CDEV technology delivers an advanced level of electronically controlled suspension performance, adjustability, and control for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use. Equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, the system allows in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active damping control through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, improved caster correction for enhanced drivability, and 90 degrees of total articulation for unrestricted suspension movement. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control needed during aggressive off-road driving. The result is a complete, electronically controlled suspension system that delivers exceptional ride quality, adaptive damping performance, and increased off-road capability with the clearance to fit 37-inch tires at full articulation.
